Utilizing the flow rate of the sharp pump and the pushing action of the rotary pump, it is possible to transfer the powdered material introduced into the hopper to the target tank. Rotary pump 3.7 kW + sharp pump 5.5 kW Hopper: Inner surface MD treatment (micro-dimple treatment: specialized for preventing powder adhesion) When introducing 14 kg of powder: Rotary pump INV 80 Hz (480 rpm), sharp pump 50 Hz (2950 rpm), powder valve opening 50%, emulsification kettle stirrer 25 Hz. For test powders with high moisture content, processing of 1 kg/sec is possible.
